The project

A key success factor for Equans is attracting and retaining employees with the right skills and competencies to meet customer needs. To support one of their crucial teams—the Project Managers—Equans turned to threon for assistance in creating a Community of Practice. This initiative was designed to promote knowledge sharing, foster a sense of community, and encourage collaboration among Project Managers, while also making the experience enjoyable. The next step will be scaling the community to engage all 700 Project Managers currently active at Equans, further enhancing their collective expertise and collaboration
