  • Define the resource model that best fits your Program, including how to select and manage your
    critical resources & suppliers.
  • Explain the relevance of a clear financial model for your program and budget the cost of Program
    & Project Management in a Program.
  • Split program from project risks so that accountabilities in risk management are clear.
  • Explain the relevance of having a good change management approach for your program.
  • Motivate the importance of a good Program Closure, including lessons learned.
